This was my 5th time staying here. The trip was 3 couples. Plenty of room for everybody. Everybody had an amazing trip. The hospitality was perfect. Our maid was wonderful and Mario was very helpful when it came to needing anything. This is a must stay for people wanting to be very close to the beach and the hustle and bustle of town.

We went as a group of 8 friends and we had the best of times. The house is impeccable and in a great location. The property manager and everyone working with the house were very caring and attended us in our every need. It is steps away from the beach and town. The rooms are wide and in perfect conditions and the common space in the middle is great with 2 hammocks. We are definitely coming again next year!

Both Chantal (owner) and Sarah (management) are extremely attentive to their guests' needs. The house is very functional for three persons with two large, separated rooms and a detached second floor apartment. The selling point is the backyard with a deep, saltwater pool set against a wall of flowers and a jungle vista. We enjoyed watching the iguanas, red squirrels, and monkeys in the trees. Located next to some of the best restaurants in town, with direct beach access across the road. I would highly recommend Chantal's place for any first timer in Santa Teresa.

Late April is a great time to go – the beaches we had practically all to ourselves and booking surfing lessons, 4 wheelers for a day, or even fishing was a piece of cake. The hammocks in the house were never empty – a great place to take a nap beneath the cool ceiling fan. Be sure and visit Ginger's right up the street for the best coffee and french toast going!

Santa Teresa is such a beautiful place! We absolutely loved this Villa right in the heart of this beautiful area. It is well equipped with everything you could possibly imagine. The concierge and owner have amazing recommendations and helped us enjoy everything this beautiful area had to offer from gorgeous beaches, great food and chef services, laundry service, fishing and anything else. We will be back!

This house is all-encompassing to the Santa Teresa experience because some of the best stretch of beach is a 3 minute walk from the front door. The open floorpan makes it a great place to chill. We slept every night with the doors wide open, and just listened to the sounds of the rainforest. If you are planning a trip to Santa Teresa, I highly recommend this house.

We have had an excellent and memorable experience at La Lora Beach Villa with my family of 6. The location is ideal — very close to the beach, restaurants, supermarkets. The house is fully equipped and very well decorated. The studio with its own bathroom and kitchenette adds an extra independence for large families. Chantal is lovely and her manager Sarah has been excellent in helping to make our stay unbeatable.

This place is AMAZING! You literally could not pick a better place and location for your trip. Angela, our host was extremely helpful from getting the basics like cleaning, surf lessons, ATVs, to even helping out with a couple minor emergencies. The home is simply beautiful. Short walk to beach and plenty of restaurants. For being right on the main road it's very quiet and feels like your own oasis in the jungle — especially the pool area which attracts a lot of friendly visitors like monkeys, iguanas. I will be back!
